Push to crouch and crawl under it, then continue enjoying your peaceful walk through the beautiful forest with all the nice animals. Turn to the left of that and move towards the blair witch/cultist looking shrine thing.
Before too long you'll come to a dead end, featuring a flock of crows feeding on the remnants of an animal carcass.
Go through the nice little opening in the fence located right next to the creepy sign. Follow it down, past a (somewhat derelict) white creeper van (there's a book in the van you can examine if you move to the van door and hit to open it, but it is unrelated to any achievements and collectibles). The gate is locked, so take the path that stretches off to the left of the gate.
You may not feel like you’ll heal your way through two stacks of medical supplies, but if you’ve got them, you probably aren’t going to be focused on how many times you press the button when a prompt comes up onscreen.You'll come to a gate, and beyond that, a big house. Most encounters can be cleared with a single stack of regular First Aid Meds so long as you keep your distance, and they commonly offer a healthy dose of supplies in the room for you to quickly make a few in case you need them. Never bring more than a single stack of standard First Aid Meds or Strong First Aid Meds in your inventory for the sake of conserving your supplies. Enemies will consistently surprise you regardless of how prepared you are, boss fights will always drain your resources no matter how well you know the encounter, and you’ll use more medical supplies provided you keep them in your inventory instead of in your stash.
